He has over 20 years of experience in every area of real estate transactions including as a real estate Mortgage Broker.  His career was ignited by the New York disaster of September 11th, 2001. Teaching people and helping communities to avoid financial disasters. 

Mr. Richard Kole was part of dream team loan originators that originated over $1 Billion Dollars loans at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Los Angeles, California, United States of America. 

A consummate and dedicated worker with vast working experience as a real estate Agent representing buyers and sellers, he also worked as a Project Manager for multiple projects in compliance with federal, state, local laws and ordinances. 

Combining his vast experience with his entrepreneurial spirit, he launched a series of companies including QuantumRock LLC (A Holding Company) with SPP Ventures LLC, the subsidiary companies. 

He is an expert in real estate financing, business funding, business franchising, government contracting, personal and business credits.
